TOPIC – FAITH AND SCIENCE

On Thursday, November 17th, Redeemer will host Dr. C. John “Jack” Collins who will give two lectures discussing the relationship of the Christian faith to science. In a world where it is commonly thought that the claims of science undermine the tenets of the Christian faith, how should Christians respond? Can we actually support scientific inquiry without sacrificing our faith? What do we do when scientific conclusions conflict with the teachings of the Bible? Are the claims of science truly objective and “provable”? These are just a few of the kinds of questions we hope to raise during these lectures.

This event promises to be relevant to everyone, especially our young people. So, mark your calendars now and plan on bringing friends!
