Welcome!

Thank you for considering our facility for your special event. Redeemer Presbyterian Church (RPC) is a church in the city and for the city, therefore, we welcome hosting events sponsored both by members and non-members at our building. It is important to recognize, however that all events must be consistent with the stated mission and values of RPC, a member of RPC will be on-site for the duration of all events and clients must agree to abide by the Building Use Policies of RPC.

Weddings and Facility Rental

Please contact Norma Choate (norma@redeemersa.org), if you are interested in renting our facility for your wedding or event.

**All events held in the facility must be consistent with the stated mission of Redeemer Presbyterian Church.**

Getting Started

  1. Read through the Building Use Policy & Fees document found on this page.
  2. Contact our Events Coordinator, Norma Choate.
  3. Complete the Event Application or Marriage Form and return to the Events Coordinator.
  4. Once your event has been approved your event and agreed to a date, you may reserve that date on the church calendar. *Please be aware that ministers may not be able to commit to the date until 6 months prior to the wedding.
  5. A reservation fee of $100 is required to reserve a date. The balance of all fees is due 30 days before the event.

Important Information

  1. **An RPC minister must officate at all weddings.**
  2. The building is available for events from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm. The building must be vacated by 10:00 pm.
  3. Events will not be scheduled on Sundays, Easter weekend, Independence Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and Day. Other days can be excluded for church wide events and/or other scheduling conflicts.
  4. Permanent furniture and/or seasonal decorations in the Sanctuary will not be moved, and RPC reserves the right to leave other furniture as needed for Sunday worship priorities.
  5. No alcohol is permitted on the premises on the day of the event. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot.
  6. The nursery is not available for events.
