Haley Wachdorf

RPC Staff

Haley Wachdorf and her husband, Dan, have been members at Redeemer since 2010, when they visited RPC on their first Sunday in San Antonio and never left. They have two children, Kate, 13, and Isaac, 10, and live in North Central San Antonio, where they help lead a Redeemer Community Group and are active in their neighborhood. Dan is a Deacon at Redeemer.

Haley is a Mississippi native and was raised in the PCA. Before moving to Texas, Haley worked as a reporter for several newspapers in New Mexico and also worked as a freelance writer. She has served as Communications Coordinator for Redeemer since 2017, overseeing Redeemer’s print and digital communications, but originally joined the RPC staff in 2015 as Nursery Coordinator. She serves in Redeemer’s music ministry and has previously led the RPC communion setup team, served as a women’s Bible study leader, and taught in the Training in the Pews program. The Wachdorfs served as a foster family and respite providers to other foster parents from 2014-2016.

As a member of the RPC staff and active ministry leader, Haley brings perspective on both the ministry and organizational culture of Redeemer to the pastoral search that the Session believes will be an asset to the committee.
