Ann Bingham
Co-Chair
Ann Bingham and her husband, Ben, have been members at Redeemer since 2005. Ann is a native of Colorado, and moved to San Antonio in 1986. She and Ben have one daughter and a son-in-law, and are the proud grandparents of Wren and Milo. Ann has worked in the petroleum industry, was a high school chemistry teacher for 15 years, and now serves as bookkeeper for Bingham and Lea, P.C.
In her time at Redeemer, Ann has served in the nursery, as a community group leader, co-chair of the Women’s Ministry Committee, baby meals volunteer, Women’s Bible Study group leader, Women’s Bible Study Administrator, communion bread baker and member of the communion setup team. She also volunteers with the non-profit Lasagna Love, started during the COVID-19 pandemic to connect people with neighbors in need of homemade meals.
Ann’s wisdom, deep familiarity with the community of Redeemer and San Antonio, and her commitment to the women and women’s ministry of Redeemer will, the Session believes, be an asset to the pastoral search.
Ann is appointed to serve as a Co-chair of the RPC Pulpit Committee.
Henry Sauer
Elder, Co-Chair
Henry Sauer and his wife, Mary Kessler, have been members at Redeemer since 2005. Both are natives of Houston and moved to San Antonio in 2004. The Sauers have four children, Henry IV, Wyatt, Lindy and Lucy.
Henry, an Elder at Redeemer, is a leader in the Human Resources field. He led all the major HR functions at Rackspace, and served as Chief Human Resources Officer at the company of 7,000 employees until 2016. Henry has since founded and serves as the Principal Consultant of Headwaters HR Consulting, which works with businesses in multiple industries across the U.S. in need of expert HR advisory services. Henry is also a board member of the Alamo Heights Business Incubator.
Henry has served as a nursery volunteer, men’s ministry leader, community group leader, team captain for Redeemer Serves the City, Training in the Pews leader and Deacon. The Session believes that Henry’s experience as an Elder and his professional grasp of hiring and recruitment will be an asset to the search committee.
Henry is appointed to serve as a Co-chair of the RPC Pulpit Committee.
Eric Arguello
Deacon
Eric Arguello and his wife, Amy, have been at Redeemer since 2014, when they were invited by a friend to visit. The Arguellos have two children, Sam, 22, and Mia, 15. Amy serves on the Redeemer staff as RPC Director of Women's Ministry.
Eric, a Deacon at Redeemer, is a native of San Antonio. Eric serves as a nursery volunteer, a captain on the Greeter/Usher team and the Coffee Team, and is a member of the City Ministry Team. He and Amy help lead a Community Group. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Eric founded a new ministry at Redeemer, the “Servant Hit Squad”, which organizes volunteers to help RPC members and non-members with projects, household repairs, moving, or other needs. Eric also takes special interest in peace officers and leads a Bible Study attended by several officers.
Eric’s joy in serving others and continual welcoming of newcomers in the RPC system is an embodiment of the diaconal spirit of Redeemer, and, the Session believes, will be an asset to the pastoral search committee as we seek a leader to continue the outward-facing, missional heartbeat of Redeemer.
Paul Barton
At-Large
Dr. Paul Barton, and his wife, Dr. Kim Barton, came to Redeemer in 2016. The Bartons have four sons, Samuel, 18, Nathan, 16, Josiah, 14, and Isaac, 12.
Paul, who grew up in San Antonio, is an anesthesiologist; Kim is a pediatrician. After finishing their medical residencies in 2006 and 2007, the Bartons trained to serve as missionaries with Mission to the World, the world missions arm of the PCA. After a year of language school in Ecuador, they served at a mission hospital as physicians. Five years later, they transitioned to a medical project in Macedonia, where they served for a year. The Bartons returned to San Antonio in 2015, where their boys attend school in the same district where Paul grew up, and where his mother worked as a teacher and principal
At Redeemer, Paul and Kim have served as Community Group leaders, and their whole family regularly serves with RPC Ministry Partner Strong Foundation, a ministry to families at risk of homelessness. Paul has served as a Christian Education teacher, member of the Coffee Team, participates in Christian Medical and Dental Association lunches and is active with Redeemer Serves the City.
The Bartons' use of their skills and vocations to serve the nations through world missions and their faithful service as a family in San Antonio are a source of encouragement to many in the RPC congregation. The Session believes Paul will bring an important perspective to the committee as we seek a leader for Redeemer’s ongoing mission to take the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the city, the region, and the world.
Bob George
Elder
Bob George and his wife, Terry, are founding members of Redeemer. The Georges have two sons, two daughters-in-law and are the proud grandparents of Lucy, Clarey and Tres.
Bob, an Elder at Redeemer, is a San Antonio native. He retired in 2018 from the Alamo Group, Inc., where he served as Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. He and Terry have served as Community Group leaders, in Training in the Pews, the Nursery, and on the Greeter-Usher team. Bob has previously served as Treasurer at Redeemer and also as a Deacon. Terry currently serves as a Deaconess at Redeemer. Bob and Terry are known for having visitors to Redeemer over to their home for lunch on Sundays, and many Redeemer members recall Terry being the first person to greet them when they visited Redeemer for the first time.
The Session feels that Bob’s long commitment to the work and vision of Redeemer, his generosity, hospitality and experience in prudent financial stewardship will be an asset to the RPC Pastoral Search Committee as we seek a leader to guide Redeemer both pastorally and organizationally.
Halli Hollimon
At-Large
Halli Hollimon and her husband, Reeves, came to Redeemer in 2008. The Hollimons have three sons, Hap, 12, Will, 9 and Hugh, 4.

At Redeemer, Halli has served in the nursery, as a Christian Education teacher, Women’s Ministry Co-Coordinator, Women’s Fellowship Committee Co-Chair, Redeemer Christmas Party Co-Chair, Women’s Bible Study leader and Community Group leader.
The Session believes Halli’s long-term relationships in the Redeemer community, creativity and joyful service in many Redeemer ministries over the years will provide the committee with a vital congregational lens as they look for a candidate with a pastoral heart for the Redeemer community.
Erin Hurt
At-Large
Erin Hurt and her husband, Morriss, have been members at Redeemer since 2017. The Hurts have three sons, Hudson, 10, James, 8, and William, 6.
Erin, a native of Pittsburgh, PA, met Morriss in New York City, where she served as Connections Coordinator for the Journey Church. After their marriage in 2005, the Hurts moved to San Antonio, where Erin worked in medical device sales. They began attending Redeemer in 2016 after being invited by friends.
Erin is currently enrolled in the Masters of Arts Biblical Theological Studies program at Covenant Theological Seminary. At Redeemer, Erin has served as a Training in the Pews teacher, member of the Communion Prep Team, and on the Greeter-Usher Team. Erin has co-chaired the Women’s Ministry Prayer Committee, hosted Women’s Ministry events and serves as a leader for Women’s Bible Study.
The Session believes Erin’s eagerness to jump in and serve in Redeemer’s ministries as a newer member and her commitment to pursuing theological study while putting that learning to work as an active ministry leader at Redeemer will be an asset to the committee as we seek a leader to continue our culture of servant leadership.
Haley Wachdorf
RPC Staff
Haley Wachdorf and her husband, Dan, have been members at Redeemer since 2010, when they visited RPC on their first Sunday in San Antonio and never left. They have two children, Kate, 13, and Isaac, 10, and live in North Central San Antonio, where they help lead a Redeemer Community Group and are active in their neighborhood. Dan is a Deacon at Redeemer.
Haley is a Mississippi native and was raised in the PCA. Before moving to Texas, Haley worked as a reporter for several newspapers in New Mexico and also worked as a freelance writer. She has served as Communications Coordinator for Redeemer since 2017, overseeing Redeemer’s print and digital communications, but originally joined the RPC staff in 2015 as Nursery Coordinator. She serves in Redeemer’s music ministry and has previously led the RPC communion setup team, served as a women’s Bible study leader, and taught in the Training in the Pews program. The Wachdorfs served as a foster family and respite providers to other foster parents from 2014-2016.
As a member of the RPC staff and active ministry leader, Haley brings perspective on both the ministry and organizational culture of Redeemer to the pastoral search that the Session believes will be an asset to the committee.
